How the refund works

If we have not shipped a customer-usable, end-to-end automated CBAM Registry submission by 2027-12-31, you can request a full refund of every Reserve payment you made — no questions, no proration, no clawback. The commitment is captured on the Stripe Subscription as commitment = refund-guaranteed-if-full-automation-not-shipped-by-deadline so it survives any team change on our side.

In the meantime you can use Pro (€299/mo) for the same workflow done manually via our staff (Concierge add-on €500/quarter) — that part exists today and is what most Day-1 customers buy alongside the Reserve.

Why we sell it as a pre-order rather than just a waitlist

A waitlist tells us nothing. The €1500 tells us you are serious enough that we should put real engineering hours behind the EU CBAM Registry integration this year — and lets us hire the second engineer who is going to write it. Capital sits in your name (refundable) until we ship. We do not touch it operationally; it is a commitment marker, not a runway boost.
